I ran across a reference to the Mad Irishman some years ago in Dragon magazine, you know, back when it was a real paper magazine. Seems he's still around and pumping out fan-made character sheets for a ton of RPGs.
You can find a sheet for just about any game you want to play and all in handy-dandy PDF format.
